If what you say is true then out of 5m they only got 500k. That sounds like quite a short fall to me. How are they going to get the capital they apparently need to make this company go? Any insights? Great technology but under funded, smells like trouble.

Sorry to post again but I just read your post about the private placement. I heard that the reason for the lack of sales was they used a company from pueto rico. The company felt they could sell 1 million itself and then another 4 million with the contacts it felt it had in the usa. Well from what I was told they sold 3/4 of a million in pueto rico and there usa contacts well just did not sell any. Things didnt go very well . I spoke to someone from the company and he said they were still looking for more capital and would most likly be doing it through a investor or two to raise the cash. cj
