This little company in Westlake Village, CA has a product they call "Rapid Virtual Reality" (TM) that facilitates 3-D rendering so that it's handled much faster on ordinary personal computers. They're chasing contracts with the Smithsonian (they're in a proof-of-concept small contract with them right now) and other museums, medical uses (dissemination of various imaging), and, I hope, gaming. Anybody else out there aware of these guys? I understand a fair amount of compensation paid is in the form of stock, all the way up and down the ladder. -Bob, hoping to score big someday | ||||||||||||||
