Which other online brokers do you use and which do you prefer? Although I've only used this service for a little over a year, I've been very satisfied. All my orders have gone through (under 5 seconds for a confirmation) and have had no trouble otherwise except for about a 15 minute wait on the phone a couple of times for a service question. Otherwise I personally have no complaints. I'm interested in what the competition has to offer. Better services than ETRADE? Please let me know.

On my account I had an open order to buy for 300 shares of ENN at 15 1/4 this order was open April 6 and 7
when ENN traded as low as 15 3/16 on NYSE and order was not
executed. There is no reason other reason why the order has not been executed but the E-trade mistake. It is not the first time and I will take my $$ from E-trade
