Just a couple of thoughts,

Did all of you shareholders order an investor pack from Scott?

Did all of you shareholders checkout the website?

sitra.com

Did you read in the message from the president dated 01/20/98

ADDITIONAL 1997 HIGHLIGHTS

Aside from expanding its presence in the international arena in 1997, Banyan also made notable progress on the home front. In 1997 Banyan's shippments to the US government increased via the Desktop V and SASS-II(Defense intelligence Agency), contracts and, more importantly, Banyan experienced a strong increase in unscheduled government orders by means of its GSA schedule listing. Banyan views the government as an important customer and fully intends to work towards expanding its government sales programs during 1998.

The Desktop V is a monster contract. IMO Banyans news today could have been seen in this letter written in Jan. This is just the start as far as I am concerned. The Patriot deal should be finished soon and next month reporting status we hope. All shareholders should get this info to reference at their own time. The games with the stock price also hopefully will be played out. Everyone has to decide to be an investor(long term) or a trader and feel comfortable with their own choices. IMO BANY is a long term investment for me. Call Scott Sitra order the investor pack and do your own DD.

Dave

Bart,

No...don't go by the SI quote service. It is slow and goofy.

The list I used was from the first posting. The matrix my buddy sent me is state of the art.....trading floor stuff. The additional buys Russell found by comparing different trading log sources...I don't know. My buddy can't account for the missing 79k....says he has never seen missing shares like this before.

Was it a good day? I think so. Look at the matrix........

BANY..........3-30-98

57,000 shares at the bid
35,300 shares at the mid
164,800 shares at the ask

Total........257,100

There are exactly 79,000 shares missing........

At least 3x more buys then sells......at least 100,000 shares net are long in individual accounts as a result of today's action. Who sold the shares that went away?.......I don't know.....nobody I know. The large holders on the list "would not sell at these levels.".......They must have come out of "inventory"...if you know what I mean.

I think a few of the larger holders have been trying to make the point that BANY longs should focus on what the company is worth......and the stock will take care of it's self......and perhaps that now is the time to buy....if you think the company is worth more than the share price would suggest.

bg

ps. New holders or share updates should be E-Mailed to me if you want to keep the list current.
