Ernie, I agree whole-heartedly. Please leave Joe Murphy alone! I've never been a shareholder of a company whose CEO had to come calm every angry shareholder down. At first coming to the board, I thought it a plus, but as I see the amount of posts and time Joe has devoted to answering questions on and off the board, I realize that he's wasting valuable time running our company.(That was one large sentence, eh?) By now, everyone should know if they trust Murphy or not. If someone is unsure, please read his hundreds of messages to make your decision. It's a leap of faith. If you trust him, then don't freak out everytime something strange comes up. We can probably figure much of the information out ourselves gang. If you don't trust him, please sell your shares so that someone who does will have more. Joe, this is in no way an attempt to offend your decision to spend time rallying the troops. I've appreciated much of the info you've given us, but I beg you to do spend your time wisely adding value to the company. Sorry if I ruffled feathers... Grant

ernie, It is me that is making the typing mistakes not Joe's answers. First #3, it's me that does not know, not Murphy. Sorry for the confusion, after I reread it I can see why you would question my answer. As far as 2 and 4 I think that my previous post, 4155, explains this. The 2 pieces are mutually exclusive and just coincidental in the time frame that they occurred<MO>. I cannot speak for CZ as to why he sold shares on the open market vs. private transaction, his choice I guess. Or anything else about him, only to what else I have reported. Bruce

Hi Bait, Heroin might help us more(GGGGGGGGGG). I agree about the seemingly conflicting answers but too many of the masses "want to know every little answer to any ? that pops into their heads." You are right about the fact that this deal forces you to believe or forces you to the sidelines. For me, I'm staying but if the rest go, it is their decision and no amount of posting on the internet will help. The questions that arise with small companies are endless and many are just unanswerable...... Take care... Lou
