Tai take on NPRO is it is not ready for prime time yet. Lots of overhead resistance to break through. Almost forgot, biotechs have a way of blowing TA out the door with violent upswings. I rarely touch em. CYBX Original trigger was a +4 on 12/8/98 giving a target of 28.00. CYBX got to 28 and slowed but not for long. Very strong stock for the long term. Looking like 1 to 2 more days of strength then a base period (short) before ascent resumes ht david disclaimer: this is not advise, not a recommendation, just an observation. investors should do their own DD and consult a financial advisor before making any investing decision.
