You know what would it matter if we fed a few children who did not qualify? If they do not qualify it means their parents are working- so let them have some of their tax dollars back in food for their kids. I am not a cheat, but I must admit the idea of getting my money BACK in a tangible way really appeals to me. And in our area it is more than 9 months, we have meal availability through summer school. Both my kids wanted to go to summer school and so I saw the paper work.
