His criminality refers to his general modus operandi: He has overstated revenues. Used hyperbolic language in the 10Qs. He has more liens against him than the Tower of Pisa. He fled Israel via camelian transport in the middle of the night. He is in bankruptcy in Israel. He has a lawsuit pending against him here. He has surrounded himself with other bankrupts and criminals (like Stinky Stonkus) Sly Eli Eisenber, gambling school instructor and Minister of Lies Spazz Melnik. He has very few customers and the insurance is about to be cut off if it hasn't already been. His accounting firm only represents companies with share prices below $1.00 His company was underwritten by Castle Securities, shut down by the Feds. He is a fugitive and he wears appalling suits. Mr. PInk
