Will the ITS end up in the Mercedes - Benz M class? I think
with TRW on "board" we have a good shot.

Dear Michael,

Incipient moxy???
Sheesh!

Anyway, the Mercedes question is indeed interesting, as is the question of when a TRW agreement will be announced. How long Mercedes can wait to have side impact head and neck protection is the key. As long as there is not significant market penetration of the ITS or a curtain variant, Mercedes can bide its time. However, with Delphi and probably TRW selling the ITS, the clock is ticking. Autoleave (misspelling intentional) may soon find that the constant delays and failures of their curtain has cost them orders with those companies many considered to be in their pocket.

Curiouser and curiouser.
