Some might be scared away by the ~270M shares outstanding, and frankly I would be too, IF, I hadnt spoken to Bob Tomz(CFO) on numerous occasions and been repeatedy assured the FLOAT is only ~15 million and isnt going to change. Most shares are held by insiders, mainly, George Kast(Chairman and CEO) with the rest being locked up until Fall 1999. I found Bob to be very sincere and trust that insider selling would not be taking place anytime in the forseeable future. Another investor who took the time to call the company: Message 3879213 All this for Mondays close of .13X.14, although the price has been moving up on increasing volume as investors realize the possiblities. Still a huge bargain IMO. They also anticipate a steady stream of good news to keep investors aware and informed!
