Let's consider shares that aren't "loosely held" for a
moment. The company has authorized the issuance of
millions upon millions of additional shares. The company
is, in all likelihood, strapped for cash. The company
has intimated some sort of strategic partnership with
a major electronics firm. *If* a deal should materialize,
just how many shares do you think Osicom would offer said
strategic partner, and at what probable level of discount?

I'm still long on FIBR...but shaky.
