The forwarded message was from a stock market analyst? Does the fact that the public became aware that the company had published lies have anything to do with the decline in the stock price?

Could the lack of manufacturing sites, business, and cash have anything to do with the decline in the stock price? As well as the halt?

I am taking care of a flooded basement right now and will answer Angel's question as soon as I can. It is complicated and I am trying to come up with a short clear response, which is difficult.

There is erroneous information posted today that should be looked at,
as well as the concept of the terrific battle having been fought. There have been many arguments on this board, but I am not aware of any battles being fought, unless one believes in the conspiracy theory.

Zaparra was evicted by Mork a long time ago and does not share the same office building. Zaparra's office is at 74900 Hwy. 111, Indian Wells, Ca. Mork's office is 45,110 Club Road, Indian Wells, Ca. These offices are approximately 2 1/2 miles from each other.

Baker is not Puhrty, nor is Puhrty an employee of Mork's.

Zaparra and Mork both belong to the same club and the litigation between the two parties, which continues, has not moved one or the other to drop their club membership. If they are in bed together, they have a funny way of showing it through litigation.

Geneva partially owns PEMP and this was not uncovered by any one. It is disclosed in the filings for the public to read. It is now known as Polygon. (sp)Mork has made it very clear that he does not hold any other position in the company than the one disclosed, nor is he affiliated in any way with a short position elsewhere. Does anyone have any facts to back their position up that he does and is lying?
This would be helpful.

I chose not to discuss Baker's postings and AZNT ties since they have not occurred and are not worth discussion.

I have posted on occassion that if one does not correctly identify the true information, one will come up with the wrong conclusion. We need to start to focus on the facts.
