MDIX has the PATENT and COPYRIGHT for the Cymedix Lynx. ADRX/Cybear with NO copyrights/patents admitted today it had reviewed the Lynx product prior to completion of their own software, and whaddya know- turns out the Cybear software is practically identical to Lynx. The suit is just a publicity stunt trying to impugn the integrity of MDIX management and make a temporary recovery in their stock price. Although on the surface it looks circumstantial, I'm sure MDIX has concrete evidence to back up claims that ADRX STOLE the software, or a costly and distracting legal remedy would not have been pursued.
