Lots of volume again today. But the price seems to going down now by the minute. How low is she going to go, before things settle down?

What's with that private placement? It seems so SMALL -- proceeds of $151,200 !!?? Was it some sort of personal favour for the neighbour's gardener's cousin's friend? With ATF trading over 2MM shares/day, that represents roughly 15 minutes worth of trading. It also represents about 0.4% of the outstanding shares, barely enough to register. (ie., there won't be any dilution coming from this placement, even if they had given away the shares for nothing.) Any ideas? s/s
