They are not employed by MM or shorts, in fact, they are just investors at one time or another they have been tricked by the former director. I know that now after talking to Dr. Stamm for an hour today. Here are a summary from the conversation: 1. Only one well in Nebraska field is connected right now to KN pipeline. One more by thursday. And for certain, all nine wells by April 20, 1998. He said the money is coming in. 2. After April 25, namx will continue to drill and will complete 62 wells (instead of 54 wells as previous released) and will complete all by Mid-July. He said the the field next to NAMX field in Nebraska lasted for 30 years. He is certainly we will be in business for that long. 3. UPR drilling is just around the corner in August. I ask him where would we get the finance to carry out the agreement ? He stated that part of the money from Nebraska and he is talking to various people to fund that. He is certain that he will get that funded before august. 4. He stated that UPR land is the mother lode of all Helium in North America. As a matter of fact, Mrs. Peppers was having lunch and one of the Conesco executive asked her,"How the hell did you get that UPR land agreement in that region ? " He was amazed, according to DR. Stamm. 5. Paul Ebeling stated that he own a majority of namx (about 30%), Dr. Stamm stated as of now he owned nothing. George Ziller whom Paul often referred as to his close friend, believed Paul should spend time with the Government. 6. Paul often said the number of shares issued was 100,000,000 shares. The number accurately is now around 144,000,000 shares now issued by Paul. But as they are cleaning up the mess, they have been knocking it down considerably to a little over 100,000,000 shares. Dr. Stamm has worked straight to clean up this mess for the last 23 hours by Paul. 7. Dr. Stamm said that The Law firm of Shephard & Mullin is advising NAMX on becoming a reporting company, and Delooitte & Touche is the auditor. The time frame is he really does not know until all the finance hand over by Paul and the law firm will review them accordingly. 8. New release will be rare and far in between. Because he only want to release fact not hype or play with words like Paul. Pure fact only. There are three former senators own the stock, one of them is Senator James McClure. In summary, he wanted to run this company with integrity, honesty and professionalism and he wanted to work hard for the shareholders who invested their hard earn money in this technology. He stated we have an field that will run for thirty years, and he is certain that we are going to be around that long. Not to mention UPR land in August. He believed that Emsounder technology will be a factor in O & G exploration. We are looking toward a brighter future indeed.
