Hi Maurice...

"Sell, don't whine?"

Just as a curiosity, Maurice...are any of the shares trading in this stock worth more than the others?

Is any individual more important than the collective needs of the shareholder base?

Do you believe that this "thread" is here for the purpose of merely parroting the company's line?

Does independent thinking (based on reading of the company's own materials) frustrate you for some reason?

Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning? <G>

Keep your cool, Maurice...everyone that participates here wants the same thing. An effectively run corporation that is responsive to the shareholders, and delivers (rather than promises) on enhancing shareholder value.

You have a problem with that?

Please note the price of the stock! It says more than I can, but I will try.

Disappointed holders have been selling, hence we all own a 19 dollar stock. If I joined the exodus now I could probably make it a 17 dollar stock ... or worse, given the lack of liquidity. And if N.O. joined in you could drop the one in front of the nine. Looked at that way, I suspect you and other shareholders would share some of our concerns.

At these prices I suspect the real "whiners" are gone and we are left with shareholders who are either genuinely enthusiastic about the prospects yet concerned to various degrees - you on one hand, N.O. on the other - or fast asleep.

It is my belief that shareholders, as owners of a company, have a responsibility to provide reasoned input.

It is all very well to have the buzz flies around who trade for a point here or there, as they can help liquidity and when they leave, or go short, it can be a warning that the emperor has no clothes. So short term holders do provide a meaningful service.

However, I regard my shareholding as an "ownership position" and that gives me some responsibilities. I do not think we shareholders should just be back seat passengers in the corporate bus. As long as the bus is on the right road and going in the right direction I am prepared to snooze ... but when my bus leaves the blacktop, runs out of gas or gets a flat ... I reserve the right to speak up ... and if shareholders can make a worthwhile suggestion, I expect corporate management to take it up and act on it.
