N.O.----the answer to all your questions are No, with the exception,
perhaps , about the side of the bed. I always arise mean and jumpy.

I have bought, held, sold , etc TFS many times and usually made nice
profits. Right now I own shares bought 3/25/97 showing a 44% profit.
Shares of 4/8/97 show 38% gain, 5/29/97 show 42% Not too shabby
for approx one year. Shares bought 3/12/98 are down 13%, but I think
will be profitable about a month from now.

I do think that the board of directors and the WORKING managers of
the business do well when they spend their energies deciding the path
of the company. The market will respond to good products, sales and earnings in due time. Regards.
