I just spoke to Terry Turner as he was heading to the airport for Bolivia. Here is some more information on the report. First, the sampling was completed about 90 days ago. In addition to more field work by Mr. Paravicini(mapping, surveying, etc.) GE was asked to do some clean up work of the gross samples for the lab as they were overwhelmed with sample material. The gross samples were reduced down to "black sand," or heavy concentrates. Mr. Paravicini also had his team go back to the site as he was unsatisfied with the sampling distance (too far) in three areas. Although hampered by the rain, they did some infill trenching and channeling in those areas. The distance issue pertained to meeting proven reserve criteria. GE could have issued an incomplete report but chose to go for the entire report. The report will include proven and probable reserves. Also, inferred resources will be moved up to indicated, and indicated up to measured resources. The company thought and hoped the report could be completed in time. As mentioned, Mr. Turner is in route to Bolivia to help finish the report and work on production start-up. The financing details will be available in a 10-K in about 2 weeks. The company didn't feel this is the place to disclose that information without issuing a separate release or 10-K. I hope this helps answer questions and does not cause more confusion. I can tell you the report is nearly done and it's not being altered by the company because they don't like what they see. Thanks -- Guy
