I'm not trying to justify their report...just thought i'd put it out there FYI. Do with it as you wish....but, if you look at those #'s, it has flattened out. I will say in my recent conversation with the company, I think we'll see improvement over the next couple of quarters.... greg

Network h.w is fast becoming a commodity. MRVC is too deep in the pack to command much attention. CSCO , COMS , BAY , CS , NN , ASND , INTC .... ... MRVC with LU and NT charging in to make n.w h.w margins same as telecomm switches (ie 15-20%)
