Brian, PIXT website www.pixtech.com... 13.8 million outstanding. I would guess the Kaufmann private lacement increases the outstanding to 14.8 million. However do to holdings from alliance partners, the Kaufman fund and key managment holding only about 5million shares are available to trade. This is way anyone attempting to buy in size has to pay up to get any volume. A nice situtation. I have open orders to buy 5,000 shares at each 50 cent acheivment interval, out to $8.00

The analysts at BancAmerica and Volpe Brown suggested the yields on the company's K6 chip are improving, possibly moving up to the 60% to 80% range this quarter from around 20% last quarter (which means that fixed costs can be leveraged over more revenue from more chips)
