Agreed, looks cosmetic... I went over the 10Q as well, doesn't look like there is nayting new. However, I did not compare it side by side with the old 10Q. The new 10Q contains"going concern" language. Was this present in the old one? For those of you who don't know, a "going concern" label means the company is warning that going out of business is a prospect. Me, I am not worried. I doubt that a IBM bigwig would leave the largest IT organizaiton in the world to join a soon-to-be bankrupt company unless he thought there were big things on the horizon. DocStone
