Unfortunately, doesn't look like the references to major population growth in FLA are in the Online version. Looked for awhile and could not find. Several articles are a lot shorter than the print version. It was not that enlightening. They simply pointed out that FLA is the number one retirement spot for folks who move from their homes in the North, and that this would continue, despite fact that many boomers will work longer. Part of reason was that there are lots of boomers, and the heavy growth was going to continue for at least 30 years. I also take Demographics magazine and they have pointed this out many times...ad infinitum...growth companies catering to boomers, health and medical related stuff..etc. FYI Ron
