Kevin 10Q has to be released within 45 days after the quarter and a 10K has to be released within 90 after the fiscal year end.. They can file for a 15 day extension NT-10Q: NT-10K...hope this helps DD PS LOCK filed for a 15 day extension today as an example

All we need is some more news of REAL MONEY coming into ADGI's coffers. Even if it's 50 million bucks worth of beano tablets shipped to Upper Volta or something. I don't care. I don't need a lot of flash and rocket science. Heck, if I wanted that, I'd of stayed in PLFM, waiting for them to launch the surplus russian space shuttle <har> <har>. So far all we've gotten is a few hundred thousand bucks worth of pills. It's better than nothing, but not by much. ADGI seems to share the same PR philosophy as AGTI. Throw out lots of news releases about "letters of intent" and "joint ventures" and "acquisitions of stakes" with various and sundry companies, all of which kind of leave you with the same feeling you get from eating a box of Air Crisps. Give us a merger with Squibb or Merck or something like that. I could get into that. John M.
