I really like all the "projected" earnings but would not touch this stock until we have audited financials. It may go up but it certainly can go down until "ALL" shareholders are given complete financial information. Certainly there will be no reverse takeovers until everyone is satisfied and it may take quite a bit longer than anticipated to get a good set of audited statements especially if there is a buyout in the final stages right now! I might be tempted for a quick flip in this stock if it falls back considerably on lack of news but right now it is valued on HOPE and not on underlying value since we have no idea of whate the financials are based on! I have learned to balance Risk and Reward and that means I do not buy anything unless I can understand the risk part of the equation.
