All: In response to Valentine's drivel:

"I'm much more comfortable betting on the Court than on the Gov't agencies
whose actions are subservient to the decisions of the Court."
---Bob Bishop

"Consider this. The guy who started CVG was a former President of Venezuela,
a guy who just got out of jail. He went to Jail for corruption. Now CVG has
had most of the concessions which they illegally granted to others, some 52
of them, turned back to their rightful owners by the courts.
Care to bet on Dome's future in Venezuela now?"
---Eric Charters

"Finally, take a look at the gentlemen on the KRY board, their achievements,
and their stature. Would these men perpetuate a fraud? Now look at your
hero Asensio. Has he ever been found guilty of fraud and deceit? Who is
trying to perpetuate a fraud here?"
---Islander

"Other thoughts would be: where did Cleary Gottlieb file the other suits on
behalf of companies attacked by Asensio? how involved in this case will
government authorities be? That factor should be considered also as they
will presumably file for violations under both federal and state securities
laws. I do think strategically they may have opted not to give Asensio
another chance to create an uproar by waiting to file until immediately
after a decision where perhaps a pro-KRY ruling would all but ensure a TRO getting granted."

Where is all this hype that you keep talking about? Try very very hard to find it and tell us where it is, because KRY is a Company that on the contrary communicates very little. Where is the "hype" and "promotion" and "machine". Nowhere to be found because it does not exist. You simply have people are betting on a win, other who are betting on a loss (6mm shorted shares) and others that just post here to make a nuisance of themselves.

It is too easy to say to me that you know all and I know nothing. You certainly have not displayed much of that "supposed" knowledge on this thread. Yes this saga is complex and yes Venezuela is a different country. Your postings have not convinced me that you know more than others on this thread that are positive on KRY.

I have posted that KRY is a speculative stock and no one is claiming this is IBM or MicroSoft. I happen to think that KRY has a fair chance (not 100%, not slam dunk) of winning a part or all of the Las Cristinas 4&6 concessions. I think they have a good legal case. They may win or they may lose. Whether they win or lose will depend on the Supreme Court's interpretation of the representations made before it, not based on hype! We can agree to disagree, but your use of the term "hype" is most inappropriate as you have not backed up your claims. As they say put up, or ....!

Is this Venezuela
You seem to feel that only people in Venezuela know what is happening, do you discount Barb's opinions then ?

Why is their such a big legal battle if it is all hype and promotion, do you think we might learn at least this simple piece of horse sense on the net ?

SI is great for "research done on the net", I don't care what that stupid guy Valentine says <g>
