Very fair response. Has KRY led you to believe that the upcoming ruling is anything but an admissions ruling? If so you have been subject to the KRY hype. I have a suggestion which you are free to ignore. Buy a tape recording device that hooks up to your phone line. Call one the hypesters, such as Richard Marshall, and ask him this specific question. "Is the upcoming ruling a final decision on the merits which will give KRY the right to mine LC, or are we still in the admissions phase?" He will attempt to not answer the question properly. Ask again. He will respond with double talk and drivel. I come from a legal jurisdiction which allows anyone to tape a conversation that they are a party to. Check with your attorney.

Hello Patrick; That has been the whole pointless exercise, Oh let me correct myself, the exercise was not entirely pointless on the part of some on this thread, they have come here and badgered and abused many people for a definite reason. They continuously demand that the KRY longs produce factual information, but they in turn never and I repeat NEVER have been able to produce one piece of credible information. They actually seem to think that many of us have chose to entirely ignore PDG's position, many of us long know both sides of the positions very intimately. Now you have been giving them far to much credit if you are expecting them to show some knowledge, they can only say what they are told to say from their master, it is the only way they get a biscuit at the end of the day. OK now, it's time for the three stooges, to jump up and down and scream some more?? Just like GLR has their veta rights, yeah!......Oh they know so much? With regards,Frank
