To ALL ------ Good research and solid DD go along way.

We have all done our fair share of homework on Zulu Tek.
I've been following NETZ since last summer, when it was nothing more than a penny stock in play on a pipe dream. The dream consisted of Netmaster and Echomedia teaming up to sell the world internet advertisements.

NOW Zulu no doubt has a very promising future.

The co. will stand behind the $39 MM 1997 revenues previously announced, also they will put together an all star management team to lead the way. With a new IR group in the forefront and a fresh $50 MM injection of funds to boot in one of the fasting growing segments of the economy, look out, this co. will be poised for growth and recognition.

As far as the ever present controversy -
keep in mind there are always 2 sides to every story.

Good Luck to all.

"I have no doubt some of the same warning signs existed with Microsoft and the other "boy I wish I bought that at 2" types of stocks"

Microsoft was never 2, and, no, there weren't any of the same warning signs.

How do I know this? I bought Microsoft in the low 20's the year it IPO'd.

Notably:

1. MSFT never traded below 20 or so.

2. MSFT has never changed their name or symbol.

3. MSFT didn't have a criminal financial advisor.

4. MSFT has filed all of it's financial reports in a timely fashion.

5. MSFT has never fired all of their important executives.

6. MSFT customers have never been known to say things like "we just haven't heard from them - we have no idea what their plans are".
