Hello! Brad,

Thank you for posting the informative site that clearly outlines NASDAQ Small Cap listing requirements!

Thank you for helping get that concern cleared up! You are accurate that it calls for a $4.00 price ( not $5.00 as others would have us believe!)!

I seem to recall that you have shared that information and site on at least one other occasion, but I agree that it was worthwhile posting the information again, just so there wouldn't be any confusion, and it is also valuable information for any of the newer posters to this thread!

Brad! Thanks Again!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Well, Brad, good to see the "Hypey Couple" out in full force again... calling anyone who can do math liars...

Well, if ATXI is indeed a small cap stock (I've seen it listed in the papers both ways, but believed Jin Chun when he assured me it was a national Nasdaq stock), it meets all the obvious qualifications for listing and therefore would be in no danger of being delisted.

<<<<FAMH has repeatedly stated that the "Post-Merger EPS" would be about 36›. NOT 20›, which was misleading information you chose to provide.>>>>

FAMH also "repeatedly stated" that they made 6 cents in the 3rd quarter, that they had a mutual letter of intent signed by both companies, that (since early January) the audit would be out "real soon"... so forgive me if I wanted to check their math! As someone here noted lately... trust, but verify.

Do you believe anything, so long as someone "repeatedly states it"?

My math that shows it is only 20 cents EPS, and not 36 cents, was simple and straightforward. Most fourth graders could understand it. You can continue to scream, hold your breath and turn blue... but it will not change the multiplication and division.

False dribble? Need I quote your post saying FAMH will go to $50 after the merger?

What is it I am supposed to "read and comprehend"? How you "prove" in your wonderful "overview" how great this stock is... by quoting your wife?

I can read, and do math,
