Mais oui, that's my point: you start a brand new language which you hope will become a standard and you use the, asymmetric (yuck), needlessly verbose and anglo-centric BEGIN and END statements. Hell, Pascal and Eiffel are probably illegal in Quebec!!!

[For those who don't get 60 Minutes, they had a piece on the Language Police in Quebec, one of whom was rumored to have cited a shop owner for having a dang Parrot that only spoke English!]
