The arrangement puzzled me also. I assume that AFS views the world market as more lucrative for the diesel retro systems. There are many engine manufacturers outside the US. Isuzu for example, used to be the largest truck producer in the world, probably still is. Does anyone have any figures estimating the size of foreign markets?

good luck, tj.

Hello Denise:

<One thing I could not understand is why there is no revenue to AFS on their arrangement with Caterpillar. Wonder what the benefits are to AFS by giving awaytechnology and marketing rights to north america?>

You can never do enough due diligence can you?

CAP and AFS are partners in the co-development, both brought different technologies together; they have divided the territories and Alternative Fuel System's is huge.

Hope you can take advantage of a good 'entry' point.

Regards
Bonnie
