Eric, Samples are delivered from a truck thousanda of miles from BRE-X. Were they asked to assay them for gold content or comment about BRE-X? Were the samples unusual?. Do not forget this was a carefully crafted fraud and DeGuzmna would have included only fine gold that would pass a cursory inspection.

Are you saying that all assay labs now have to criticise the material and tell the world. What if they did tell BRE-X, most labs I use would tell me fisrt about any irregularities and DeGuz may have fobbed them off with an explanation. Did they comment to BRE-X?. They have no route to the public. Like your doctor if he found you had a loathesome diseae, would he tell the press?, or tell you and trust you to do the right thing.
If that doctor told the press you could sue and he would lose clients too. Same with an assay lab. You cannot lay 1% blame on them just so the lawyers can make them pay.
