Hi Voyager....

My current estimate:

Sales of approximately $ 20.00 million. Perhaps a touch higher.

Earnings of $ .13 per share.

I would be pleased to see $ .16, and think there is a very small shot that they will actually get there. Such an outcome would certainly constitute a "surprise."

Have a good day, sir.

Voyager,
Management has recognized the *estimate* game and it is still likely you may be correct, I'll stick to my $.13
With respect to the comments made by Maurice, I too have been a long term holder. My clients are likely the largest holders of TFS aside from Buchanan and GT and that includes Noblesse...I have been one of the largest supporters of TFS in Phoenix. I have followed this company since 1992 and many of my clients have made only nominal returns in the business. I am concerned by the "pushouts" of the last two quarters. I am concerned that when the head of sales leaves their is no press release(particularly after he was one of the few speakers other than the CEO at the annual meeting, and his performance was praised as being a significant factor in the business). I am concerned because we have not seen an order for any of the home grown technology. I am concerned about the fact that at last years annual meeting, DRB indicated LCiD would represent an additional 35% to '98 revenues, now no longer the case(per Jeff Buchanan). I have held my clients hands on this business for several years. I am still optimistic about the future of this business but I am losing patience. As the annual clearly states "the future is now". I sure hope the future does not become "next year"... I too would like to see the directors own more of the stock. The stake which DRB has likely was acquired at very preferential prices. As Noblesse so clearly stated, it is folks like us who have provided the permanent capital for this business.
