tgs59,

You wrote:
I have and will attempt to only present basic factual information and eliminate coloring of these facts; however, as all would agree I am not unbiased. Should you need any basic industry information please let me know and I will attempt to provide as I have an extensive resource library and rolodex.

Thank you for an offer which I interpret to be sincere. I may accept your invitation if the need arises. With your knowledge of the industry, here are a couple of honest questions for your consideration. I'm counting on you to provide honest insight or, perhaps, none at all:

- What do you feel to be AGTI's greatest strengths at the present time?
- What is your opinion of Tom Nieman?
- Is he the right guy to lead AGTI out of the woods?
- I know that you apparently disagree with the current strategy, preferring instead an integrated solution for the bingo operators. If you were Nieman, what other alternatives might you pursue?

You seem to indicate that I have not yet answered some of your other question. Please restate them to refresh my memory. I will do my best.
At your leisure, here were some of the unanswered questions to which I previously referred:

Is this suit (FortuNet/AGTI) still active? Also, can you share any additional light regarding the GMTC shareholder suit?

I assume that neither GMTC nor Trend Gaming are under any sort of investigation, TX or elsewhere?

....with one another, not with AGTI, I understand? (BTC versus K&B)

Is "Shaquapa" also a GMTC distributor?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Hardrocker

Internet gaming..and question on product mixing...

Todays paper (local) has an article on an American Indian Lottery game on the internet. It goes on to mention internet gaming in general, and talks about current legislation attempting to ban ALL internet gaming. I think this would be good news for companies like AGTI, because eventually, internet Bingo (with cash awards) would be a competitor of electronic bingo products.

On another note, I remember Tom N. suggesting that the approximate 85% estimate of TX halls with electronics (after acting a little surprised at the figure) was a good thing for AGTI. He said this because the actual seat count in those halls was relatively low in comparison to what he thought it would be in the future. My question is, with the various handhelds that are available from all of the makers, are these systems set up to allow for a mix of brands in any given hall? I would think the transmitter would only talk to handhelds of the same make. If not, why would this be a good thing for AGTI? Wouldn't that suggest a hall has to replace what they have with AGTI systems, before AGTI can benefit, and what is the likelihood of that??

Thanks for any info....Kurt
