Hardrocker, My offer is sincere, so let me know. If I don't know I'll let you know or certainly may know where to look for the answer. Now to your questions: 1. What do you feel to be AGTI's greatest strengths? I suppose that the market potential is very big and significantly untapped. Many states still need missionary work to enable electronic bingo to enter the market. In many cases laws and regulations must be changed (as was required in TX) and education of distributors and operators. I continue to see greater acceptance and expansion of electronic bingo over the next few years. A commitment of resources, talent and financial, is required to be a player. 2. What is my opinion of Tom Nieman? Unfortunately I am not able to express an opinion as I do not know him. I have asked a number of my industry friends, but as yet have not found anyone who actually knows him. Many of the SI members have been singing his praises, so I would assume they have some references. 3. Is he the right guy to lead AGTI out of the woods? Given my answer above, I don't know. I do agree with the many SI posters that recognized the need for a change. Without casting dispersions, AGTI needed to regain credibility and thus needed new blood. When I say credibility, I was referring to industry and market credibility; however, this probably equally applies to the investment and shareholder community. 4. What alternatives to pursue? I don't know that it is in my best interest to recommend a strategy. This would also be difficult until I have a chance to review their 10K. I noticed that the company filed for a 15 day extension on their 10K report. My background is financial, so alternatives are difficult to assess, without a thorough study of their financials and other pertinent items. 5. Is the FortuNet / AGTI suit still active? Unless there has been some recent development not yet disclosed by the company it is still active. I recently met with the founder / owner of FortuNet and he seems determined to bring at least one of the cases to court for a decision. Of course as litigation costs mount many things can change. 6. GMTC shareholder suit? As I have posted earlier, this is a result of the significant price drop that occurred on Jan 9th or thereabouts. Beyond this I simply do not have any further information. On this issue your resources are as good as mine. While threatened litigation is fairly common when you have significant price variations, it must be taken seriously. In my conversations with the company, they are in the dark as no specific allegations have been made at this time. I am sure that this will become more clear in the future. It will either go away, or specific allegations will be made public and the suit will proceed. 7. Investigations of GMTC / Trend? None that I am aware of at this time. Should someone file a complaint of a violation of the Act or Bingo Regulations, the the Texas Lottery Commission will conduct an investigation. Earlier this year K & B filed a complaint on Trend alleging selling without a license. Of course this was wrong and the "investigation" lasted for an hour. Also, upon any license renewal the applicant is investigated. In receiving my license in Texas, I was subjected to a state and federal criminal background check, past business partners were interviewed, financial and tax records examined and friends and family were interviewed. They even called my minister for a reference. It is a difficult process, but one that I agree with, as we want a clean industry. Accountability and integrity are key elements in allowing us to grow and introduce new technologies, such as electronic bingo. The K & B investigation revolves around share ownership. A Texas distributor, including the key owners and officers are prohibited from being a shareholder of a manufacturer under the Texas Bingo Enabling Act. The fact that AGTI published, in an 8K filing with the SEC that they had granted a total of 500,000 shares to K & B owners / officers was quite surprising. I do not know what kind of penalties will be involved for this violation. The BTC K & B fight appears to be getting quite nasty, but again it is to early to project how this will turn out. 8. Is Shaquapa also a GMTC distributor? No. I did not initially know the identity of Shaquapa, but quickly deduced and confirmed. I do not feel it is my place to identify him to the thread, so I suggest you ask him. I can tell you he is large in the industry and quite full of industry information. Whew! I think I got them all this time. I'm on the road again tomorrow, so won't be available. tgs59
