tgs59, Thanks for all the answers. I can see that your feedback to me is both thoughtful and insightful. In the future, I'll try not to burden you with a barrage of questions. Spirit of detente, or friendly rivalry or something? Looks like my instinct was right. You may be working with the opposition, but you're an OK guy in my book. Now if I could only persuade you to divorce yourself from GMTC and switch to AGTI....... BTW, since AGTI disclosed the transfer of shares to K&B, it would appear to have been done innocently. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, but that looks like the answer to me. I'm on a biz trip for the next two days, as well. Hope the kids behave while we're gone! :o) Best Regards, Hardrocker
