As for trying to come up with retracement ratios, the general rule of thumb is 1/3 to 1/2 of the movement... By looking at Trendlines and variable Moving Averages you can get a sense where the next natural support areas are... I like to use a Fibonacci series of Moving Averages that create a Fanlike effect of support and resistance levels... The series I use for Moving Averages is: 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, and 144... I also use the standard 200 day MA...

As for CAND, my 7 5/8 buy order hasn't executed yet...

KKRO is a classic example of news driven price movement without much substance... Once investors stepped back, they realized that Iacocca, who knows very little about the restaurant biz, needs plenty of time to turn the company around... This one should be watched for possible entry after the profit takers have taken all they can take...
