NITE seems to be the MM buying the most; ATTN seems to be the MM selling the most. RMCC not on best bid of offer frequently at all.

>>I bet the CC is the Russian deal closing.<<

I'll take that bet and counter with my own...the CC is merely an attempt by the company to spin doctor everything--including the horrible earnings results to be announced--into a less bitter pill.

I cannot accept the logic that Chik #'s would be released prior to an actual JV agreement to be announced on Monday. These numbers were released--IMO--in an attempt to move the stock up so GF can get his warrant money.

I would also bet that $6/share is a long way off.

1. What on earth makes you think the CC is the Russian deal closing?
2. What is your spin as to why this release - "the big one we've been waiting for" - has not moved the stock?
