Well it looks like the naysayers have hit the YAHOO board. Probably just a matter of time before they show up here.

The aquisition of one of ONLY 5 national companies and assuming
debt as you say, will not put DGIV, under.

It is a known fact that most ISP's run in the red!

How are the other 4 Doing?

Moreover, the licenses alone were worth the cost, since they allow DGIV, to be more than an ISP, it's their inter-Link for their International IP-TELEPHONY Business, which, Mr.IDT, is what this is really all about, not Just another ISP.

Tell us something we Don't Know, like what are IDT's plans for international penetration of the fertile overseas IP Telephony
market, or are they just going to crawl over each other here in the states?

We appreciate your concern and it has been duly noted.
If you have more other pertinent information we would welcome your comments oh yes, BTW, what did you sell your shares for?

Are we now higher? are we going higher? I say yes to both, what do you say?

Chip,

You're not looking deeply enough, IMO. I've been part of the acquisition of one company by another (small companies, to be sure), but even then the accounting work and the auditing work that goes on before the company is acquired is substantial.

If what you are saying is true, then take my word for it....Digitcom already knew all that before they acquired Indonesian Telecom. And so did the Dharma Group. And yet....Dharma STILL wanted to provide $60 million in financing!!! And Digitcom STILL wanted to acquire Indonesian Telecom! Must be a reason, don't you think?

Chip...your comments are welcome here...we need to keep balanced and make sure we evaluate all aspects.

I am not suprized the ISP is in debt. I'm sure DGIV picked it up to get through government red tape. If I know Jimmy, he probably got it for a song.
