None the less, the stock is weak today. I am somewhat surprised as I was in general impressed with the conference call yesterday.

I think it is legitimate to ask posters what their position is. If they are neither long nor short they may be considering such a position in the future and they may just feel that they have some knowledge which might be useful to others.

I don't think that what that particular person posted was too material. I think the company now seems to be admitting certain deficiencies. It is kind of clear that they have not been taking care of business. But that is old news.

Now we have a new company with a new leader, a new business plan, new investors and new alliances. It is a difficult field but this company has some potential. If the upside is realized, it may be very rewarding to investors.

There are pros and cons about owning this stock. The cons center mainly in the short term on this reverse split and the long term business risk.

There will be no earnings so we may be losing those who were not quick at realizing that talk of positive earnings in the near future became non-relevant when the company decided to sell off its revenue producing products. This is now an events driven stock. The events will probably be mainly positive for the next four months.

The person posting may be sincere or may be hoping to influence the price down to get a bargain. Personally, I don't think the price of this or most stocks is influenced much by what we post. So I wouldn't worry about the motives of the poster. But I like it when people explain their motives as it makes their posts more interesting.
