Your point about masks' demand being more even and more predictable when compared to lasers is well taken. Could you (or someone) post a link to get an idea how much a DPMI mask roughly costs for a DUV tool application, and how long it lasts before needing replacement? Thanks, Duane. Tulvio

Duane, would agree that DPMI is the better "investment" in the traditional sense of the word.

Off topic - Have you any change of heart on LTXX which has been dropping while TER and CMOS have been rising?
