Is it really that hard to figure out though?

Let's see - the U.S. markets allow selling in advance of providing the shares.
Conversion price is figured on the 3 lowest closing bids of the past 20 days.
Although nobody is expecting any miracles, earnings could be released soon.

Anyone here ever have a course in mathematics, probability & logic?
