I think they should retain Frank, they can't do better.

I didn't notice that point about what they said at the teleconference wasn't included in the PR release or did not appear in the reporting.

The joint venture is the key. If it is a good company, those shareholders will also look at investing in ACMIX.

Some sales results will also result in additional publicity some of which will have investment implications.

The whole idea is to start an upward spiral. So far the company has been in a downward spiral.

I may have missed it during the teleconference and will listen again but I don't think anyone asked why they have a new chairman nor was it I believe answered. They came close by talking about some of the deficiencies in the past. They would have done better by addressing it directly. Then some like myself could say....hmm this company is being straight with its investors. But they went at least part way towards being straight. They also answered in a way that I interpreted as being straight the situation with the returned systems.

If they are straight with investors, straight with customers, straight with employees, and straight with NASDAQ, they will do all right. I gather that they now sort of plan on being straight. If they move even further in that direction, then people will believe the press releases and good news will result in upward revision of the stock price.

If you look at Frank's list of pros, it is not a bad list for a start up company. If this company were private, I think they could do an IPO of 3 million shares at $10 per share. It might even be a hot IPO and go up 25% the first day.

One issue though with an IPO is management so that is why I would like to see some progress on the human resources front. We know they have limited at best capabilities in the sales area. Sales support sounds weak also. They are probably depending on their investment banker for their financial planning. Manufacturing I believe has always been a problem. Their strength has been R&D.

So I would like to hear about people leaving and new people being brought in. Will they be straight with investors about what is happening in this area? We will see. Dana, get religion.

Frank;

That's the problem I know this company has great potential and you know this company has great potential, but why doesn't the investment community know this company has great potential? Why can't this company get the message out past the very few who are listening? If the picture is as rosy as management depicts why aren't the institutional investors accumulating this stock? Why aren't brokers and analysts turning their clients on to this undiscovered gem? I guess the answers to these questions will be answered shortly, or will they?
