To all: I have finally found some news from old shareholder who keeps track this company all along at Yahoo. This article was two days old. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The PRWT is a shell of an old company over 14 years ago that was into the water purification field, that where the name came from. That company died a long time ago, I know I owned shares in it. The current PRWT is being purchased and will trade under a new ticker with a reverse split on the stock. The company purchasing the company is a company out of NY that has a new 20 year patent on a phone like computer that work off of regular phone lines. You can do stock trades, order from catalogs, credit card swipe, etc. .It can be set up with video so you can see who you are talking to. The interesting thing about this shell, is that back as far as July 97, they were slowly accumulating this stock. The one day for about 5 minutes they shot it up to .125 cents and it came back down. The company does exist, but I don't remember the name. The most interesting thing is this, the same day that the news releases expired from the news services, the purchase of stock started again. Possible new news releases coming out? I don't know. It will be interesting to see what will happen in the next few weeks. Hope I have been of some help.

Hope everyone got a gazillion shares. This one started picking up speed the middle of last week. It closed up 400 percent last week. This week I have liked the way it moves relatively slow. Not much for wild swinging stocks. I agree that diseminating information is difficult. I learned that in 1989 they licensed the name "PUREWATER" along with the technology for their purification device to REGAL WARE [a household name]. Regal Ware no longer sells any such devices, but the name "Purewater" seems to be used by countless companies making or selling such devices. "We use the Purewater purification system." Seems to be a selling point. Unsure whether they are continuing to license this process, but if they licensed it to Regal Ware, it would not surprise me if they are continuing to receive revenue from other countless water companies. More as I find it. Rande Is
