Johnnie, I'm not sure a takeover is good for those of us who
have stars in our eyes about the future prospects for ICN.
Somehow a 30-40% premium to today's price doesn't get me too
excited.

Fellow poster IJF, on the Yahoo board, proposed $250 by
2002 (forgive me if my recollection is wrong). While I probably
disagree with his PE multiple projection (I think its 40), it's
not outside the realm of possibilities (hell, Martians may land by then).

Now, if ICN does sell for $250 then, and then they want to pay a
decent premium, I'd be more than happy to consider the proposal.

Right now, I think we have greater potential as long as ICN
remains independent, but I do believe that ICN will be acquired
over the next couple of years.
