Strong rumors of buyout by Schering Plough or other (Lilly? , Bristol Myers?) to give the CEO a sackful of dollars as he is zapped out of the CEO job and presumably heads outta the states; near term (under investigation by FBI, SEC, LA Grand Jury). Projected sale price $40-50/sh, based on future approval of Ribavarin (joint venture with Schering), Eastern Europe sales and connections, and advantageous tax loss carryforward. Anyone tuned in; anything to add? This story sound like someone's smoking pot? Thanks for your feedback!
