Don There's a very complimentary article about our new Gorilla on the front page of today's IBD (the 3rd). It talks about their CEO's, Dave Duffield, approach to managing. It's essence is customer service, support and direct communication. He asks customers with problems to call him directly, which he answers from his own cubicle. He types his own memos and keeps track of his appointments. The company is without secretaries. Everything is based upon workers having a good time in a great environment serving their customers. regards Linkster
