ALL things being equal, Is a high yielding CPU (Pentium) set more reliable than a low yielding CPU (Cyrix) set.

Can you please supply me yield info of all current Intel, AMD and Cyrix chips (with references)?

Tony Viola says IBM yields are comparable to Intel's. They make CPUs for Cyrix.
