What kills me now are those that are buying into this company on the "rumors" of a phase two and the vapor strategy that GVIL announced. They need to see this for what it is: no strategy, no name, no product (because it ain't ready and "maybe" it will be ready in the fall), no management expertise, no proven track record (except how to destroy a business, a brand name, and shareholder value), and no deals to save it. What is that $10 mil for? Well, with the 400K severence for 25 employees, those are certainly not the high paid executives and managers. That $10 mil is to keep Selvin and his robber barrons in their salaries in expensive Sunnyvale until they can land better jobs somewhere else in the industry. Given their plans, do they really think they can launch a viable company and go against the like of Shiva with just $10 mil for R&D, product manufacturing, launch/promotion, sales, service, etc?!?!? No way. This is dead money at this point. R/
