Yeah, as long as he can come up with 2.25 million to pay Infomix for
300,000 shares at 7 1/2 and the taxes. Usually what people do is
sell to cover, or sell part to come up with the rest, in this case a little over 50% (and he still has to pay taxes on
$300,000 (300,000 x $1), or $120,000).

Even if he did buy 300,000 shares from informix, I don't think
they'd show up on NASDAQ, actually, they might.

FWIW I think this is bogus, as its april 1st and it was after hours,
