Interesting that no one believes my story. I verified that it was Ken Coulter that I played golf with. He is short, round around the middle, plays to a 4 hdcp, and is currently working for a small silicon valley company involved with security.

As to insider information, I didn't view Ken's comments about IFMX's future stock prices as insider. It was just his opinion - perhaps no better than any one elses since he hasn't worked at IFMX for some time.

He did mention that he might have to come up with $2.4 million if he was to exercise the 300,000 shares, and keep the stock long. I might add that he also had his explanation about what happened with the "books" during his stay at IFMX. I don't think I'll share it here, but its probably not as black and white as the press made it out to be.

I hope no one buys or sells their IFMX shares just because Ken decided to exercise his options!
